The Buddy Pond
The “Buddy” Pond was created to bring a fresh source of water to the many animals that are in the park. Dug, lined and filled with desert flora by Friends volunteers there is no getting around all of the other people that helped with the project. Special thanks go to Bob Bove for funding and Bill Perry who built the shade structure and the windmill that drives much needed oxygen into the water.
